Be Confident with Clean, Healthy & Radiant Skin by PPP Laser Clinic

For today I'm gonna talk about things that I never tried before. It's skin laser treatment! Woohoo~~
I'm very thankful to PPP Laser Clinic for giving me the chance. Laser is one tricky treatment. I thought it's only for people 20s and up and I was wrong. With PPP Laser Clinic, it's very safe. Even for me. (I'm not 20 yet lol) Because they're using low intensity laser.

What is PPP exactly? PPP itself stands for Pores, Pimples and Pigmentations. Sounds very great, don't you agree? It originates from Singapore, and expands to Indonesia as one of the Laser Clinic in Jakarta.

So I got this amazing complimentary package treatment, consists of:
SEVEN session of PPP Laser & Light Cleaning System - which usually referred as LLCS, and
ONE session of PPP Micro Laser & Cool Touch - usually referred as the Combo Treatment.
Such a great treatment that I'd got.

What does LLCS do?
It helps to lighten pigmentations, such as spots.
It stimulates the skin to produce more collagen. As PPP Laser Clinic treatment is more in frequency than intensity, it results in skin thickening.
It also reduces sebum production from the gland resulting in minimized pores.
It makes skin feels cleaner and fresher because it removes dirt, dust, dead skin cells.
As one extra benefit, the face hair is turning white! (>v<)

What about Micro Laser and Cool Touch?
Result of smoother, tighter, firmer skin.
It reduced fine lines and wrinkles.
Reduces active acne and acne scars.
The way it works, it makes your skin regenerate quickly, as side effects, peeling of the skin.

My treatment goes like, 2x LLCS on Saturday, 2x LLCS on Sunday, 2x LLCS on Monday, 1x Combo and 1x LLCS on the next Saturday (because I don't have any spare time on weekdays.
Both LLCS and, Micro Laser and Cool Touch treatment takes about 15 minutes only.
All the treatment is done in PPP Laser Clinic Grand Indonesia.

This is me before the first treatment of LLCS. I have no idea why my face looked so dull....

They cleaned my face, with I dunno what but it feels so smooth like wet tissues.

Then wipe my face with cool water. Yes they have a sink and counter just above my head where they prepare for everything.

Here comes the Laser! They called it the photo-laser session.

I have to admit I'm quite surprised of how it feels on my skin. It's like your skin is stabbed by mini needles. It hurts more than I expected, but it's still bearable to me. (Note that lots of my friends said that my pain nerves are insensitive. Lol)

Okay so the laser part is done. Now the Light part!!!

Seriously I almost screamed when I first encounter the blinking super light. The light is blinking. They call it Photo-shower. It's gonna be A LITTLE bright, they said.

 I wear googles already but GOSH it's very annoying and still very very bright even that I've wear the googles. Yeah but I begin to used to it after 2-3 times of the treatment.

As the last step, toner is applied to my face. If the treatment is done by the afternoon, additional sunblock is applied.
The immediate result from the LLCS is that my skin feels smooth, tighter, brighter skin, and redness on my face it's significantly reduced!

Now into the Combo treatment. It hurts much less, but it's more to heat. You might notice the quality of picture drastically changes because this one is taken with a phone which camera lens is already scratched here and there.....

You can see that 3 dots on my left side of the mouth. That's due to the breakout.

They said the after effect of this combo treatment is that the skin will be red, and peeling of the skin. And yes it happens to me. Before the dead skin totally come off, it first become kinda net like pattern. That's why I know it's from the laser, because normal peeling skin doesn't have net pattern! My skin gone through about 2 times of peeling.

Here's my skin progress summary:
Before the LLCS treatment, my problem is my forehead.
Within the treatment, problem on forehead is gone, new problem is around my mouth because I  had this sudden break out around my mouth one night (oh god why....)
After all the treatment (including Combo), the acne dried because the Combo treatment is like burning it.
1 day after, my face was very red in the morning.
2-5 days after, all problematic area skin keeps on peeling and regenerating. All that's left is spots around my mouth due to the break out.
After all the peeling session, my skin is smooth and pores on my nose is a bit less visible!

I didn't post any before-after picture because my own camera is not that good quality, that redness on the face barely visible. It's like no difference by the picture so I didn't post it,, but I swear my skin really improves!

The other product that I really really want to try is their Thanakha Pore Tightening Serum. It's listed as one of the best in Sun Hye Mi's blog! Yet there's no review in the net about that product. So curious.....

So here it is!

 Almost no difference with the previous look? Well not that much difference.. (Since I'm using the same shirt *cough*). Different flower pin, different eyeshadows, different lashes, different lip products.

The eyeshadow is shimmer pale light yellow on the inside and pale green on the outside. I'm not using any eyeliner and just focus on the long, wispy lashes. I'm lovin' the lashes!

Still the same blush, same brow, no tear liner, just extended the eyeshadow 'til the inner corner and of course a Korean lip tint!

Participating again in this month's makeup challenge! I have to admit this month is a super busy month - school starts already with a lot of activities still going on. Chinese New Year, aunts' birthday, still blogging, reunion, choir practice, etc etc etc...... But still I managed to finish it!

Sadly the Mojito line is not available yet. The product that I wanna try most is their Urban Eco Harakeke Firming Seed Sleeping Pack (aside from the Mojito line). It sounds really great by the description >w>)

Here's the first look! (Yeah second look is coming right up soon)

I made the look rather natural (or very natural?) inspired by the cherry blossom. I don't want to go too flowery(?) because flower crown is too mainstream (WHAT?!) I mean, because I think flower crown is a bit too much to go with a natural look. Well, it's also because I don't have any! I do have fake flowers but I already use them in the last year's and last month's MUC *sobs*

All about pink moist glossy lips, sheer blush.... I actually use a lavender blush and layer it with pink eyeshadow stick and blend blend blend. I didn't use black/brown eyeliner here. I wear kinda green olive pencil liner. The eyeshadow is shimmer beige color on the inside and rather pinkish dark brown for the outside.

Lashes and tear liner and thick eyebrow. Check!

Review - 3 Concept Eyes Dangerous Matte in #708 Birthday

Back again with this so-raved brand, 3 Concept Eyes!
And still the same, it's the lip color. So I won't go over again with the packaging.



I was so in love with the Jammer (review) one and I decided to go with the Dangerous Matte.
At first I really want to pick the same matte but different color, Sugary Cake but then my sister said it was too usual of a color, and I saw this one wasn't that bad. I do want a kinda 'usual' color to be worn everyday.

I must admit I'm super shocked when I first open then lipstick cap right after I receive it. The bullet's color is so neon-orange-red colored. However, when applied, the color is still 'acceptable'.

Here's the swatch by gradation and full lips

 In real life it's more neon-colored. If I'm in a dim-light room it's like I'm wearing a very-pop-out-color.

The point is, the color is okay. Kinda annoys me how it looks better by the camera lol.

Now to the texture. Yes it is more matte than the matte one (duh the sentence). It is so matte that it can't glide on my lips. Uhm. It's so matte that it cracks on the lip if you put too much. BUT. Supposedly you use a lip balm first then the dangerous matte. That solves the problem! *claps*

The staying power is not that good if you don't wear lip balm underneath since it'll dry your lips and when that dry chapped skin got off and leave a 'bald spot' on the lips..... If you know what I mean. If you don't then.... *speechless*

And about the scent, it's interesting that the lipstick don't have any scent. Because most of the lipstick these days usually made with a lil bit perfume to make it smells good, and some of them on contrary having a very waxy plastic smell. Not like I hate perfume but it's better to have no scent.

I guess that's all!

Anyway, Jakarta these days are so troubled with flood until that point that if it rains people start to panic and go home. Due to flood too the PLN (the one controls the electricity over the country) cut off some area's electricity supply, for safety, they said, but still some people got electrocuted and died. So please be safe, those in Jakarta (and wherever if your place got flooded too). Hope the over-rainy days will be over soon.

IBB MUC January 2015 "Exotic Japan" Underneath Your Skin #Smartlook

Hello, folks! :D

Here I am back again with another makeup challenge by Indonesian Beauty Blogger x CamJoe
So,who's CamJoe? She's a singer and her real name is Camellia Jonathan and yes, Underneath Your Skin is her latest song, which featuring Hatsune Miku! Cool right. The song has lots of electronic effects and really screams out technology in my ear. LOL.

Anyhow, IBB already held the MUC in November and December with different theme. This time the theme is Exotic Japan.

So the look is supposed to inspired from the song. So kinda like, technology x exotic..... Kinda contrast, eh? But Japan indeed is a country combining nature (how beautiful the view there) and tech (not to mention the virtual singer, Miku...).I saw CJ in the banner the first thing that came to my mind is a festival. Those in mangas where the girls dressed in yukata and hang out around the shrine (lol! read too much manga). But the word Exotic and Japan is definitely geisha. So I kinda combining a natural x geisha look and here it is.

*cough*that chubby round face argh!

No if you think I choose a wrong shade of my face makeup. I just add a layer of white shimmering powder on my face after using foundie. I didn't use it till the neck though...  (probably the biggest mistake) I still want to keep that geisha look by long and upward eyeliner.

I used kinda-burgundy-shade eyeliner and extended downwards under the eye for more traditional look. I also used blush but its under the 'apple of the cheeks' (or whatever) where we supposed to put our bronzer for shading.

I don't want to go over fabulous by using thick eyelashes so I only wear accent one and mascara

Red lips is definitely on the list. I actually made it kinda gradient but well the camera didn't caught it! And about the hair, flowers are great on the head! Muahahaha! Japanese girls always use flower hair pins on their head when then wear yukata, no? I only make like a half-done-bun. Because of my haircut is not possible to have a proper bun,,,

And my current hair is ombre, because I bleached my tail, and it's been 5 months since I'd done full head dyeing so the roots are growinggg~

Review - Beyond Apple Mint Fresh Cleansing Water

Meet me again by new year.
Let's start this year with a review.

Lately I really consider the 'cleanliness' of my face because I use makeup almost everyday, and it's like more than 12 hours (if it's not holiday) and I know how sometimes the makeup was not cleaned completely. It rarely happens to me though, that the foundation was 'left' on the cotton when I use toner. I guess my facial wash cleans well? Lol.

Actually, in my house we've got 2 cleansing cream and 1 face wash that supposedly cleans super well (all of them are branded products) but the fact is that they don't remove the makeup completely. Aside from that, what I know, cleansing water is more suitable for those with oily/combination skin.

I got this from my sister, she bought it in Korea. I really love their blush and it's not that very mainstream brand and I'm totally sold to the line. This Apple Mint line from Beyond is meant for pore so it's meant to clean deep to the pores.

The design is cute, but I guess the dove and transparent covering makes is hard to read the info at the back. But I don't mindddd~

Information at the back. Good thing is that they put some info in English. Plus point!

So supposedly you don't need to wash with other cleansing products but yeah I'm one stone-headed person so I still use my face wash after using this.

I first find how clean this product cleans is when I took out my used-up IOPE Cushion and squish it by my palm. (Le me trying to do something stupid or was in stupid mode I really don't remember why I did that :| )
Then actually a little of it got into the lines in my palm.
I tried to clean it with my face wash, not working. With the branded fash wash, not working either. With the branded cleansing cream, still not working! :v then I remembered  that I just got this so I tried and yes! It cleans it! Totally! That is when I'm super amazed with this product.

It comes by the pump exactly like EH's Wonder Pore Freshener. I really like this kind of pump that I don't need to make a fuss with pouring and putting the products back to my makeup rack. LOL! (Lazy me)

It doesn't make my skin dry, no stinging feeling, and really feels good on my skin. It smells so good too! Smells super fresh that I really like it!

Conclusion

Design. 5 stars. Cute! but not over-girly cute.

Scent. 5 stars. Fresh, not so sweet, kinda fruity.

Result. 5 stars! My HG cleanser already! <3

Availability. 1 star... Yeah the problem with this product is that I can hardly get it.

Anyhow here it is!

Skincare:
- The Saem Mojito Pore Refresh Toner
Super love love this toner from every aspect. I just got this from around October (my sis went to Korea) and this toner is just my HG! But it's so hard to find in Indonesia. If anybody knows where I can get it around 150k please really let me know. *bows*

- Watson Collagen Hydrating and Pore Refining Sleeping Mask
Even though I first buy this out of my random interests, it turns out very good for me. This also, I can't get it anywhere here, since it's exclusive in HK only? Please let me know where can I get it again. Whether any trusted online shop sell this.

- It's skin Power 10 Propolis Effector
Again, another limited products.. or so I know. I'd love to buy this again because it's so affordable in price and it works greatly on my skin too.

- Skinfood Facial Ice Vita Mist
Actually this is some kind of just for fun - or I said it, side-skincare, it turns out great and I really love to spray it at random times. It helps my skin with the moisture with leaving ZERO greasiness.

Cleansing:
- Beyond Apple Mint Cleansing Water
I really wonder why I'm always attracted to hard-to-find-cosmetics! *rage* but this one is seriously great. I wonder if Beyond Indonesia sells this too? I never saw them advertise this line. But I really hate it if it's overpriced because every Korean products that gets into Indonesia is super expensive, I mean, it's like 3 fold of the real price in Korea.

Makeup:
- Beyond - Just Beyond - Save Us! Cheek review
I really can use this daily (if I have the time LOL) with that natural color. But then again, a hard to find item. But Beyond Indonesia supposedly sell this though, because I saw them promoting the Just Beyond line.

- IOPE Air Cushion XP
No need explanation I guess? This so famous and expensive product was really a hype back then. I'm one late user but I really love it with the coverage. But I really must use powder because it's so dewy. But when 'combo'-ed with Majolica Majorca Pressed Pore Cover, well. It's super. Currently it's my 2nd refill already. But after this is used up I'll change to Laneige cushion first then I'll decide which I'm gonna repurchase.

- Innisfree Long Wear Cushion
I first buy this because my first IOPE refill was totally running out and I don't have anything to replace with. It's is very drying so I really need a basic of moisturized skin and after using this I'll spray the Skinfood Mist and it's really Long-Wear! I use this whenever I think I want a lighter makeup because with IOPE's cushion I feel my makeup's kinda heavy/too much

- Canmake Eyebrow Color Change
I guess this is a newer version of the Coloring Eyebrow. But seriously the texture is 180 degrees different! It's more liquidy than clumpy. And this one's color really stands out. I always use this when I'm going out.

- 3CE Lip Color Matte review
I must say this is the newest product I'd try by this list but I'm already falling over it. Despite the price... LOL. I've only use this once but it's the whole day so yeah I'm loving it.

The others from makeup department is already old stuff from before 2014 so I'm not counting it in. Most of them is still a lot though.

Hair:
- Tsubaki Water Damage Care
Smells so good, taking care of the damage without making my hair like super oily/greasy
- Ford CV-Third Water Matrix Treatment
Makes my hair smooth like crazy super super smooth. LOVE IT!
